Lucas Voie grew up in Iola, WI and went on to serve in the U.S. Navy as a rescue swimmer following high school—a role that shaped his resilience, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure. These qualities now inform his calm, focused approach to helping patients navigate recovery.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Lucas gained a special interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation during his time as a high school hockey strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and weightlifting coach. He enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore confidence. His treatment approach blends evidence-based techniques with personalized strategies tailored to each patient’s goals.
Lucas believes that the best outcomes come from empowering patients through education, collaboration, and personalized care. Whether guiding someone through post-operative rehab or helping them overcome chronic pain, he is dedicated to providing thoughtful, results-driven care.
Lucas currently resides in St. Paul with his fiance Natalie and dog Kilo. He enjoys golfing, staying active, Green Bay Packer football, and continuing his education in the fields of rehab and performance.
